1. Procurement Details:

(2) Purchase Subject and Quantity: Purchase of equipment related to the common infrastructure platform of the Fire and Disaster Management Agency.

(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(7) This procurement will use the electronic procurement system for bidding, bid opening, and contract procedures. 2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the same Act.
(3) Must have Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications competitive participation qualification grade A or B for 'service provision etc. (information processing, software development, or others)' for fiscal years 2025-2027, and have qualification for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer under Article 73 of the Budget Settlement and Accounting Act. Details in bidding instructions.
(5) Must not be controlled by or equivalent to organized crime groups.
