(2) Subject and quantity: Complete hospital information system and 7-year maintenance commission.

(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be decided by comprehensive evaluation; therefore, bidders must submit documents regarding performance, functions, and technology for evaluation. The bid price must include all costs related to the delivery of the purchased items. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. 2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the same regulations.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for 'sale of goods' at grade A, B, or C and be qualified for the Chugoku region.
