(5) Basic required specifications:

1. X-ray CT system capable of acquiring high-definition images necessary for cancer treatment, with high-speed imaging, wide range imaging, thin slice thickness, and large aperture gantry.

2. Performance eligible for 128-slice or more CT imaging fee calculation, with high-resolution imaging, low radiation dose imaging, image noise reduction, and image reconstruction processing functions.

3. High-performance CT system with photon counting detector or equivalent or superior high-resolution imaging, low-dose imaging, and spectral analysis functions.

4. Includes CT main unit, operation console, image reconstruction device, image analysis workstation, spectral analysis workstation, servers and related software necessary for image processing, storage, and management.

5. Capable of creating, displaying, saving, and transmitting spectral analysis images such as virtual monochromatic X-ray images, iodine images, and virtual non-contrast images.

6. Image analysis and spectral analysis workstations capable of CT image display, analysis, measurement, 3D image processing, vascular analysis, tumor evaluation, spectral analysis, etc.

7. Includes server equipment, storage, software, and licenses necessary for image reconstruction, processing, spectral analysis, image storage, image management, and transmission to PACS.

8. Capable of connecting and interoperating via DICOM communication with existing systems such as PACS, RIS, MWM, dose management system, and inspection system, as well as related systems newly established, updated, or expanded by this procurement.

9. Equipped with contrast agent injection device compatible with contrast-enhanced CT examination, enabling safe and efficient contrast examinations. 10. Includes delivery, installation, adjustment, removal of existing equipment, connection with related devices, network settings, operation verification, and operation explanation. To ensure stable operation after introduction, a maintenance contract plan including maintenance inspection, failure response, parts supply, periodic inspection, software maintenance, and maintenance of servers and workstations must be presented.
