1 Procurement details

(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Comprehensive renewal of telephone exchange equipment

(6) Tender method:
1 The successful bidder will be determined by the lowest price method; bidders must estimate the contract amount including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, and all other expenses required for the commissioned work.
2 For the determination of the successful bidder, the bid amount will be the submitted amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must submit a bid form stating 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2 Eligibility for competition
(1) Must not fall under Article 6 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Regulations. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance may participate if they have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion.
(2) Must not fall under Article 7 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Regulations.
(3) Must be rated A, B, or C in the "sale of goods" category in the unified qualification notification and have competition eligibility in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Must be enrolled in social insurance and have no arrears in insurance premiums for the past two years.
