1 Procurement details
(1) Item classification numbers: 14, 71, 27
(2) Subject and quantity: Lease and related contracting of a Local Area Network system for statistical training, one set.

(6) Bidding method: A comprehensive evaluation bidding method will be used; bidders must submit a bid form with the bid amount and a proposal. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be truncated). Bidders must enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.

2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act, except minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have Grade A or B qualification for 'Provision of services etc.' in lease, information processing, or software development for fiscal years 2025-2027, and have competition eligibility in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Must have qualifications as determined by the expenditure officer under Article 73 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act. Details are in the bidding documents.
