1. Procurement Details

(4) No capital or personnel relations among bidders participating in this tender.
(5) Not a contractor for design work related to this procurement and no capital or personnel relations with such contractors.
(6) Not subject to exclusion requests from public works by police authorities due to control by organized crime groups.
