1. Items subject to competitive bidding
(1) Procurement subject and quantity
Comprehensive central imaging assessment services for physician-initiated clinical trials
(2) Characteristics of the procurement subject
According to the bidding documents and specifications
(3) Delivery or performance period
From contract conclusion date until December 27, 2030
(4) Delivery or performance location
National Cancer Center and contracted performance sites
(5) Bidding method
The first negotiation right holder will be decided by the lowest price bidding method,
① The bid submitted by bidders shall estimate the contract amount including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, as well as all expenses required for the outsourcing work such as equipment, materials, machinery, transportation, etc.
② In deciding the first negotiation right holder, the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen are rounded down) will be the winning bid amount. Bidders must submit a bid form stating an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities. *Excluding non-taxable transactions
2. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Persons falling under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Rules shall not participate.
(2) Persons who fall under the following may be excluded from participation:
① Those who have submitted false information in qualification application or attached documents
② Those with extremely deteriorated management or credit status
(3) Those who have been rated A, B, C, or D in the 'Provision of Services, etc.' category in the unified qualification notification and have competitive qualifications in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Those who can prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for purchased goods, except for service provision.

Bids submitted by those without qualification or who fail to fulfill obligations will be invalid.

Among bidders who submit bids with attached documents and meet all qualification and specification requirements, the lowest price bid within the estimated price limit set by Article 37 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Rules will be selected as the first negotiation right holder and contract negotiation partner.
