1. Matters subject to competitive bidding

Practical evaluation (PoC) of inspection item code mapping using generative AI, one set
(2) Characteristics of the procurement subject
According to the bidding documents and specifications

From the contract signing date until February 26, 2027

(5) Bidding method
The first negotiation right holder will be decided by the lowest price bidding method,
① The bidder shall estimate the contract amount including direct expenses related to the procurement subject, equipment, materials, machinery, transportation costs, and all other expenses required for the outsourcing work.
② In determining the first negotiation right holder, the bid amount will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must submit a bid stating an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses. *Excluding non-taxable transactions
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competition
(1) Those who fall under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the National Cancer Center Contract Handling Rules shall not participate.
(2) Those who fall under the following may be excluded from participation:
① Those who have false statements in qualification application or attached documents
② Those with extremely deteriorated management or credit status
(3) Those who have a qualification notification (unified qualification for all ministries) rated A, B, C, or D for "service provision, etc." and have competition qualifications in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region.
(4) Those who can prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance related to purchased goods, except for service provision.
