This procurement is for a server that executes a material data secret sharing computing system to provide computational services for the material data secret computation collaboration infrastructure in the large-scale research network in the materials and chemical fields.
(3) Delivery deadline: February 26, 2027
(4) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba Center, Central Office
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the manufacturing or sales of goods according to the qualification screening rules related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises with technical capabilities that fall under any of items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the qualification screening rules may participate regardless of the rating in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of nomination based on the suspension measures rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from this notice to the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bidding documents. Submission of a confidentiality pledge in the prescribed format is mandatory to receive the bidding documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.

The successful bidder will be the one who submits a valid bid with the lowest price within the range of the predetermined price limit based on Article 14 of the contract handling rules.

(1) Bid and contract guarantees are fully exempted.
(2) Contract creation is required.
(3) Publication of successful bidder
The successful bidder agrees that the contract name, quantity, contract date, contract amount, name or trade name, address, and corporate number will be published. If there is a certain relationship with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, information on reemployment and transaction status may also be published. Necessary information may be requested for disclosure.
