This device is an ion chromatograph analysis system for identifying and measuring concentrations of anion and cation components.

2. Qualifications Required for Participants in Competitive Bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology's contract handling regulations.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C for "sale of goods" under the qualification review procedures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Technically capable small and medium-sized enterprises that meet any of the criteria in Article 17, Paragraph 1, Items 1 to 7 of the qualification review procedures may participate regardless of the rating mentioned in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation based on the Institute's contract suspension measures from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical review.
3. Location for Contract Terms, Distribution of Bid Documents, and Bid Explanation Meeting
(1) Location and deadline for contract terms and bid document distribution: September 9, 2026, 17:00, contact point in section 8.
(2) No bid explanatory meeting will be held.
4. Matters Concerning Participation in Competition
(1) Deadline and place for submission of documents for participation: September 15, 2026, 17:00, contact point in section 8.
5. Matters Concerning Bidding
(1) Deadline and place for submission of bids: October 2, 2026, 17:00, contact point in section 8. Postal submissions must arrive by this time.
(2) Invalid bids: Bids by those not meeting the qualifications or violating bid conditions will be invalid.
6. Matters Concerning Bid Opening
(1) Date, time, and place of bid opening: October 5, 2026, 15:00, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba Center Central Office Group 1, 1-1 Building 3rd Floor, Bid Room (Room 3342), 1-1-1 Higashi, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
(2) Method of deciding the successful bidder: The bidder who submits a valid bid with the lowest price within the range of the prepared price limit based on Article 14 of the Institute's contract handling regulations will be awarded the contract.
7. Other
(1) Bid and contract guarantees: Fully exempted.
(2) Contract document creation: Required.
(3) Publication of successful bidder: The contract name, quantity, contract date, contract amount, successful bidder's trade name or name, address, and corporate number will be published.
