1. Procurement Details

(2) Subject and Quantity of Purchase: Medical Fee Automatic Payment Machine Set
(3) Characteristics of the Procurement Subject: According to the tender explanatory documents.

(6) Tender Method: The winning bid price shall be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen shall be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for Participation
(1) Must not fall under Articles 7 and 8 of the contract regulations of National University Corporation The University of Osaka.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade in the Kinki region for "sales of goods" in the fiscal year 2026 under the national unified qualification or The University of Osaka's qualification.
(3) Must prove that a system for rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the purchased goods is established.

(1) Language and currency used in contract procedures: Japanese and Japanese currency.
(2) Bid and contract guarantees: Exempted.
(3) Requirements for bidders: Those wishing to participate must submit sealed bids with documents proving they can deliver the goods by the bid receipt deadline. If requested by the president before the bid opening day, bidders must respond to explanations regarding these documents.
(4) Invalid bids: Bids submitted by those without the required qualifications or who fail to fulfill obligations will be invalid.

(6) Method of deciding the successful bidder: The successful bidder is the one judged by the president to be able to deliver the goods and who made the lowest valid bid within the estimated price limits based on the university's contract regulations.
