1. Subject of Competitive Bidding
(1) Procurement subject and quantity: Stable operation and maintenance work of network and server equipment at the AI chip design hub (one set)
(2) Characteristics: According to specifications
<Overview>
The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology operates the AI chip design hub (hereinafter referred to as "AIDC") as a shared facility. The overall maintenance and operation of the semiconductor design environment system requires daily operation and maintenance of networks and servers. This procurement is for system maintenance work to enable continuous operation of the semiconductor design environment.
(3) Performance deadline: March 31, 2027
(4) Performance location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, University of Tokyo Collaborative Research Site (AIST-Tokyo University AI Chip Design Open Innovation Laboratory)
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology's Contract Handling Procedures.
(2) Must be rated B, C, or D in the "Provision of Services, etc." category according to the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology's Competitive Participant Qualification Review Procedures. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Must not have been suspended from nomination based on the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology's measures for suspension from nomination during the period from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(4) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(5) Must be judged qualified in the technical review.

The successful bidder will be the one who submits a valid bid with the lowest price within the range of the estimated price limit prepared based on Article 14 of the Contract Handling Procedures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.

(3) Publication of successful bidder
The successful bidder agrees that the contract name, quantity, contract date, contract amount, bidder's trade name or name, address, and corporate number will be published.
