<Overview>
This device is an electronic impedance tuner that operates in ultra-low temperature and vacuum, capable of presenting source impedance deviating from the reference impedance. In evaluation of high-frequency active devices, measurement with variable source impedance as seen from the device is required.
(3) Delivery deadline: February 26, 2027

2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated B, C, or D in "manufacturing of goods" or "sale of goods" according to the qualification screening rules related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries are considered to have the same rating.
(3) Must not have received suspension of nomination based on the suspension measures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from this notice date to the bid opening.
(4) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(5) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
