(1) Procurement item and quantity: One set of impurity analysis measurement equipment
(2) Characteristics: According to specifications
<Overview>
This equipment consists of a sample introduction unit, sample heat treatment unit, detection unit, and control data processing unit. It evaluates impurity elements (carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, sulfur, oxygen) contained in metal powder samples by gasifying these elements through heat treatment and analyzing the generated gases.
(3) Delivery deadline: February 26, 2027
(4) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Chubu Center
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated B, C, or D in "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" according to the qualification review handling rules related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries are considered to have the same rating.
(3) Must not have been suspended from nomination based on the suspension measures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from this notice date until the bid opening.
(4) Must have received the bidding documents.
(5) Must be judged qualified in the technical review.

(2) Method of deciding successful bidder: The lowest valid bid within the limit of the estimated price prepared based on Article 14 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology will be selected.
