(1) Procurement subject and quantity: System development for integration of vehicle, operation, invoice, and location data using external service linkage - one set
(2) Characteristics: According to specifications
<Overview>
This work aims to develop functions to convert vehicle, operation, invoice, and location data obtained from external services into a common format and link data by identifiers. Additionally, it will develop functions to evaluate positioning accuracy, data loss, location deviation, and acquisition intervals by time-synchronizing multiple location information sources. The goal is to build a data processing environment that enables integrated analysis of vehicle and operation data acquired from different data sources.
(3) Performance deadline: November 26, 2026
(4) Performance location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Tsukuba Center Central Office
2. Qualifications required for participants
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology's contract handling rules.
(2) Must be rated B, C, or D in the "Provision of Services, etc." category according to the qualification screening rules for competitive participants of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those holding equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Institute's contract-related suspension measures from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(4) Must have received the bidding documents.
(5) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
