This device is an inline particle size distribution measurement device that can track the size and number of particles in the system in real-time in-situ without dilution or sampling of the sample.
(3) Delivery deadline: February 26, 2027
(4) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Tsukuba Center Central Office
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Handling Procedures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade for "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" according to the qualification screening procedures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries are considered to have the same grade.
(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises with technical capabilities that meet any of the items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the qualification screening procedures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology may participate regardless of the grade rating in (2).
(4) Must not have received suspension of designation based on the suspension measures related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from the date of this notice to the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid explanation documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
