<Overview>
This equipment is a system composed of robot arms equipped with force sensors used in experiments related to research and development of robot manipulation.
It can be controlled by connecting to a desktop PC owned by AIST.
(3) Delivery deadline: January 21, 2027
(4) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba Center, Central Office
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the AIST Contract Handling Rules.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in "Manufacture of goods" or "Sale of goods" according to AIST's competitive participant qualification screening rules.
Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises with technical capabilities that fall under any of Items 1 to 7 of Paragraph 1, Article 17 of the AIST competitive participant qualification screening rules may participate regardless of the rating in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation based on AIST's suspension measures from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bidding documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
