(1) Procurement subject and quantity: One set of Non-contact Solar Cell Performance Evaluation Equipment
(2) Characteristics: According to specifications
<Overview>
This equipment is a performance evaluation system for non-contact evaluation of power generation characteristics of next-generation solar cells including perovskite solar cells.
(3) Delivery deadline: January 29, 2027
(4) Delivery location: Fukushima Renewable Energy Institute, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology
2. Qualifications required for participants in competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Handling Rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in "Manufacturing of goods" or "Sales of goods" according to the Qualification Screening Handling Rules for Competitive Participants related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications in the unified qualification system of all ministries are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises with technical capabilities that fall under any of items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the Qualification Screening Handling Rules for Competitive Participants related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology may participate regardless of the rating in (2).
(4) Must not have been suspended from nomination based on the Suspension Measures Handling Rules related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
