This equipment is a system to supply the gas necessary for the excimer laser attached to the newly installed KrF stepper in the newly established clean room.

2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C for "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" according to the qualification screening rules for bidders related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Small and medium-sized enterprises with technical capabilities who fall under any of items 1 to 7 of paragraph 1, Article 17 of the qualification screening rules for bidders related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology may participate regardless of the rating mentioned in (2).
(4) Must not have been suspended from nomination based on the suspension measures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(6) Must be judged eligible in the technical examination.

(2) Method of deciding successful bidder
The successful bidder shall be the one who made a valid bid with the lowest price within the limit of the estimated price prepared based on Article 14 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
However, if it is recognized that the successful bidder may not perform the contract properly according to the bid price or that concluding the contract with the bidder may disrupt fair trade order, the successful bidder may be the one with the lowest bid price among other bidders within the estimated price range.
