<Overview>
This device is a particle size distribution evaluation device using laser diffraction/scattering and dynamic image methods.
It can evaluate particle size distribution by laser diffraction in dry and wet conditions and perform shape evaluation by dynamic image analysis.
(3) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027
(4) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Tsukuba Center West Office
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Handling Procedures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated B, C, or D grade for "sale of goods" according to the qualification screening procedures for participants in contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries are deemed to have the same grade.
(3) Must not have been suspended from nomination based on the suspension measures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology during the period from the date of this notice to the bid opening.
(4) Must have received the bid explanatory documents.
(5) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
