<Overview>
This work aims to construct an automation mechanism that can build and update the high-security data management and computing infrastructure system (hereinafter referred to as the "data infrastructure system") developed based on container technology in various environments. The goal is to realize an environment where the deployment destination and configuration of Kubernetes clusters can be flexibly changed according to future data infrastructure system changes and data placement requests.
(3) Performance deadline: March 12, 2027
(4) Performance location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Rinkai Subcenter
2. Qualifications required for participants in the competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the "Provision of Services, etc." category according to the qualification screening rules for competitors related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system of all ministries and agencies are considered to have the same rating.
(3) Technically capable small and medium-sized enterprises, etc., that fall under any of items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the qualification screening rules for competitors related to contracts of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, may participate regardless of the rating in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of nomination based on the suspension measures of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid explanatory documents. Submission of a confidentiality pledge in the prescribed format is mandatory to receive the documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.

(2) Method of deciding successful bidder
Based on Article 14 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, the successful bidder will be selected from those who submitted valid bids within the price limit and met all mandatory criteria specified in the bid explanatory documents, using the comprehensive evaluation method defined therein. However, if the bid price raises concerns about contract fulfillment or fair trade order, the next highest scoring bidder meeting all criteria may be selected.
