This device is used in temperature cycle tests according to IEC 61215, etc., to automatically apply a specified current to solar cell modules according to their temperature, and to continuously record and monitor voltage, current, and temperature over long periods during testing.

2. Qualifications required for participants in competitive bidding
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the AIST Contract Handling Procedures.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in "manufacture of goods" or "sale of goods" according to AIST's competitive participant qualification screening procedures. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified qualification system for all ministries are considered as having the same rating.
(3) Technically capable small and medium enterprises etc. that fall under any of items 1 to 7 of Article 17, Paragraph 1 of the AIST competitive participant qualification screening procedures may participate regardless of the rating in (2).
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation based on AIST's contract suspension measures from the date of this notice until the bid opening.
(5) Must have received the bid specification documents.
(6) Must be judged qualified in the technical examination.
