1. Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Numbers: 22, 31.
(2) Purchase Subject and Quantity: 1 Multi-slice CT 13 sets, 2 MRI 9 sets, 3 Serial Angiographic System 6 sets, 4 Gamma Camera 2 sets, 5 Advanced Radiation Therapy Equipment 3 sets, 6 X-ray Fluoroscopic Imaging Equipment 23 sets, 7 X-ray Generator 9 sets, 8 FPD System 7 sets, 9 Mammography X-ray Equipment 6 sets, 10 Surgical X-ray Imaging Equipment 7 sets. Details of the bidding category are according to the bidding documents and specifications.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject are according to the bidding documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline is according to the bidding documents and specifications.
(5) Delivery locations include facilities of the National Hospital Organization, the Organization for Workers' Health and Safety, the Regional Medical Function Promotion Organization, the Japanese Red Cross Society, the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry, the National Institute of Public Health Crisis Management, the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, the National Public Service Mutual Aid Association, and the Tokushima Medical Consortium Promotion Council (total 68 facilities).
(6) Bidding method: The successful bidder will be determined by comprehensive evaluation.

1. Submit documents related to performance, function, and technology for comprehensive evaluation.

2. The bid price must include all costs required for delivery in addition to the purchase price. The bid price will be calculated as the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for manufacturing or sales of goods at grade A, B, or C with nationwide eligibility.
(4) Must provide proof of registration for sales of medical devices under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must provide proof of a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance.
(6) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer under Article 4 of the Contract Handling Regulations.
