2. Description of Services

I.J. Business Do Ltd. provides business development, market intelligence and business information services related to Japan.

The Company may offer digital B2B information services concerning public procurement opportunities, tenders and business opportunities in Japan. These services may include:

  • procurement opportunity summaries;
  • business-oriented translations or explanations;
  • relevance analysis;
  • background information based on publicly available sources;
  • preliminary guidance for companies interested in the Japanese market;
  • downloadable or restricted-access digital reports and briefs.

The services are intended for business and professional users. The information provided is for general business information purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory or professional advice.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices on the English version of the website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant payment page.

The final amount charged will be the amount shown to the customer before completing the payment.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, card issuer fees or other charges that may be imposed by third parties.

4. Service Delivery Time

For digital reports, briefs and online information products, access is usually provided immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 business days, depending on payment confirmation, manual review, technical availability or the specific nature of the service.

For customized research, business development or advisory services, delivery times will be agreed separately in writing with the customer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the digital and informational nature of the services, once access to a paid digital report, brief, file, restricted page or other digital content has been provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • the customer was charged in error;
  • duplicate payment was made;
  • the purchased digital content was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by the Company;
  • the Company is unable to provide the purchased service.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date, including the customer name, payment date, amount paid and reason for the request.

For customized consulting, research or business development services, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed separately in writing.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

6. Access Restrictions and Permitted Use

The Company’s English reports, analyses and other proprietary paid content are licensed to the legal entity identified during checkout on a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, solely for that entity’s internal evaluation of and participation in the tender to which the content relates. They may not be transferred, redistributed, published, resold, made publicly available or supplied to any affiliate, partner, subcontractor or other third party without the Company’s prior written permission.

No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred. The Company retains all rights in its English reports, methodology, analysis, templates and working materials.

Official tender documents issued by a contracting authority are provided separately from the Company’s proprietary content. They remain subject to the contracting authority’s applicable terms, remain the governing source and are not owned or licensed by the Company.

English reports are procurement-intelligence and decision-support documents. They are not certified translations, legal opinions or substitutes for reviewing the official tender documents.

The Company may suspend or revoke future access to its hosted delivery and download services in cases of misuse, unauthorised distribution, fraud, chargeback abuse or material breach of these Terms. Revocation of hosted access does not imply that the Company can technically retrieve or disable copies already lawfully downloaded, and does not waive any rights or remedies available to the Company.

7. Optional Supporting Documents

For some tenders, the contracting authority’s procedures request supporting details about the company receiving the tender documents. Where relevant, the checkout page for that specific tender may invite the purchaser to upload a supporting document, such as an image of the business card of the responsible contact.

Any such upload is optional. It appears only for tenders where it is relevant and not for purchases generally. Choosing not to upload a document, or an upload that does not complete successfully, does not affect the purchase, payment, access to the purchased materials or the Company’s preparation or submission of the contracting authority’s forms. In that case, the Company uses the company and contact information entered during checkout.

An uploaded document is not a condition of payment, access to purchased materials or submission of the contracting authority’s document-receipt form.

By uploading a document containing another person’s business contact information, the purchaser confirms that it is authorised to provide that information to the Company for the stated tender-document receipt procedure.

Business-card images and other optional supporting documents are held in private storage and are not published. The uploaded file itself is not sent to Rapyd, Cardcom, Invoice4U or any other payment, clearing or invoicing service used in connection with the transaction. They are retained for limited periods and then deleted. If a document is deleted before the authority’s form is prepared, the Company uses the information entered during checkout instead. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, the purpose of processing and the applicable retention periods.

8. Accuracy of Information

The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful business information based on available sources. However, public procurement information, deadlines, requirements and related details may change.

Customers are responsible for verifying official tender documents, deadlines, eligibility requirements and any other formal requirements directly with the relevant issuing authority or official source before making business decisions or submitting proposals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or reliance on information provided through the services.

The Company’s total liability for any claim related to a paid digital service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

11. Privacy

Use of the website and services is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy: https://www.ij-do.com/en/privacy/
