The Company may offer digital B2B information services concerning public procurement opportunities, tenders and business opportunities in Japan. These services may include:
- procurement opportunity summaries;
- business-oriented translations or explanations;
- relevance analysis;
- background information based on publicly available sources;
- preliminary guidance for companies interested in the Japanese market;

The services are intended for business and professional users. The information provided is for general business information purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory or professional advice.
3. Prices and Currency
All prices on the English version of the website are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant payment page.
The final amount charged will be the amount shown to the customer before completing the payment.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, card issuer fees or other charges that may be imposed by third parties.
4. Service Delivery Time
For digital reports, briefs and online information products, access is usually provided immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 business days, depending on payment confirmation, manual review, technical availability or the specific nature of the service.
For customized research, business development or advisory services, delivery times will be agreed separately in writing with the customer.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the digital and informational nature of the services, once access to a paid digital report, brief, file, restricted page or other digital content has been provided, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- the customer was charged in error;
- duplicate payment was made;
- the purchased digital content was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by the Company;
- the Company is unable to provide the purchased service.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date, including the customer name, payment date, amount paid and reason for the request.
For customized consulting, research or business development services, cancellation and refund terms will be agreed separately in writing.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that a customer may have under applicable law.
6. Access Restrictions and Permitted Use
Subject to the access rights granted to you, you may use the Content for your own internal business purposes or those of the legal entity on whose behalf you use the Service, to identify, evaluate and decide on procurement opportunities. This permission applies to public content, separately purchased briefings and subscription content. It does not grant access to paid content you have not purchased. Sharing with third parties is subject to the limited-sharing provisions below.
The purchaser may share a briefing with a Japanese partner, distributor or adviser assisting with the evaluation of or participation in the specific tender, provided that the recipient is bound by confidentiality and uses the briefing only for that purpose. The briefing may not be passed on, published or sold. This permission does not allow sharing login credentials or access to the purchaser's account. Any other sharing requires our prior written permission.
No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred. The Company retains all rights in its English reports, methodology, analysis, templates and working materials.
Official tender documents issued by a contracting authority are provided separately from the Company’s proprietary content. They remain subject to the contracting authority’s applicable terms, remain the governing source and are not owned or licensed by the Company.
English reports are procurement-intelligence and decision-support documents. They are not certified translations, legal opinions or substitutes for reviewing the official tender documents.
The Company may suspend or revoke future access to its hosted delivery and download services in cases of misuse, unauthorised distribution, fraud, chargeback abuse or material breach of these Terms. Revocation of hosted access does not imply that the Company can technically retrieve or disable copies already lawfully downloaded, and does not waive any rights or remedies available to the Company.
7. Optional Supporting Documents
For certain tenders, we may invite you to upload a business card or supporting document to prepare a request for tender documents from the publishing authority. Uploading is optional. Choosing not to upload a document, or an upload failure, does not affect the purchase, access to purchased content or preparation of the request; in those cases, we use the company and contact details provided during checkout.
The documents are held in private storage and are not published. The files themselves are not sent to Rapyd, Cardcom, Invoice4U or any other payment, clearing or invoicing service. The purposes of use, access permissions and retention and deletion periods are described in the Privacy Policy.
By uploading a document containing another person's details, you confirm that you are authorised to provide those details for this purpose.
8. Accuracy of Information
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful business information based on available sources. However, public procurement information, deadlines, requirements and related details may change.
Customers are responsible for verifying official tender documents, deadlines, eligibility requirements and any other formal requirements directly with the relevant issuing authority or official source before making business decisions or submitting proposals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or reliance on information provided through the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid digital service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service to which the claim relates.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

13. Subscriptions and recurring charges
Purchasing a single briefing is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription or recurring charge. A subscription renews automatically only if this was explicitly stated at purchase and the customer agreed. The price, billing frequency and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase is completed. An automatically renewing subscription may be cancelled before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the paid period.
14. Automated access
You may not use bots, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to access, collect, copy or download Content from the Service without our prior written authorisation. You may not bypass authentication, access restrictions or rate limits.
This restriction does not apply to ordinary use of download or export functions provided by the Service in accordance with the user's access rights, or to search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with our crawling directives.
Access through an API or any other automated means requires a written agreement defining the scope of access and permitted use of the information.
15. Competing use
You may not use JBid briefings, analyses, classifications, database structure or other outputs to build, train, adapt, test or improve a competing service for collecting, analysing or distributing public procurement information, for yourself or a third party.
This restriction applies during use of the Service and for two years after your last use.
It does not apply to information you obtain independently from official sources or another lawful source without using JBid outputs, and does not restrict your participation in tenders.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you through the Service or by email of any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect. Each version will state its update date and effective date. An update will not retrospectively change the purchase, cancellation or refund terms of a purchase already made.
17. Governing language
This English version governs use of the Service in English.
